The 10 Day Challenge

The 10 Day challenge is based around nutrition only and requires the purchase of a bag of Shakeology. You will use Shakeology to participate in a 3 day cleanse followed by a 7 day meal planner. The meal planner will have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options. Additionally, upon your initial consultation with Team RR, we will figure out if performing the 10 Day Challenge in an intermittent fasting style is appropriate for you and your lifestyle. You will have enough Shakeology to continue using it for up to an additional 14 days after the challenge has ended to increase your results even further and will have the opportunity to select from additional coaching services after the challenge is complete.
